Crafted as a collaborative expression of mentorship and legacy, Community Cuvée reflects the hands and palates of an incubator winemaker, along with students and alumni of Yakima Valley College’s Teaching Winery.  Vibrant and inviting, this wine opens with generous aromas of ripe blackberry and Bing Cherry, layered with hints of dark plum.  On the palate, the fruit remains juicy and expressive, supported by thoughtful oak integration that reveals nuances of chocolate, vanilla, and a delicate touch of anise.  Lively acidity lifts the fruit, while a subtle chalky texture adds dimension, providing both grip and elegance.  A polished yet approachable blend capturing emerging talent and experienced hands – Community Cuvée is a testament to collaboration and craft.
