2025 Marsanne Controlled Study

Student winemakers explored liquid oak trials instead of traditional barrel aging to shape the flavors and textures of this wine. With aromas of almond, white peach and honey, it highlights the precision, curiosity, and creativity behind this wine. In this study the students learned, the experiment succeeded, and the results are worth tasting.
