2023 Non-Newtonian Fluid Viognier

Non-Newtonian fluids are oddities of physics that shift between solid and liquid state based on the application of direct force. Viognier is known for delicate aromas and subtle flavors, ranging from citrus to floral to tropical, based on terroir.
