The Yakima Valley AVA was the perfect spot to create this uniquely flavored wine, filled with blackberries and blueberries leaving a savory finish with balanced tannins that are supported with a hint of spiced oak from the barrel aging.  This wine pairs well with smoked cheddar and grilled meats.
