2022 History Class Pinot Gris
Before barrels were used, early winemaking occurred in clay pots, like the amphora used to produce this wonderful wine. This Pinot Gris has crisp acidity and a smooth experience from beginning to finish. Apricot, lemon, and passion fruit aromas transition in to an apple and lemon zest finish. This is a great summer wine to enjoy with grilled fish, clams, or get adventurous and have it with a slice of key lime pie.
