Terms and Conditions:

•    I am at least 21years of age or older. 

•    I understand that UPS requires an adult signature for delivery of my wines.

•    I understand that my credit card will be charged the appropriate cost prior to  receiving my club shipment.

•    I understand and agree to receive a minimum of two shipments before altering this agreement. Early membership cancellations are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

•    All wines must be picked up or shipped within 90 days of release date. Only three attempts will be made before shipping back to YVC.

•    If wine is not picked up within 90 days of release, it is donated to our Annual Grape to Glass Gala.
